Send us scanned copies of the patient, donor, and attendants’ passports (maximum two if the patient is visiting from Pakistan). For the visa, we will offer a “Letter of Invitation.”

Please submit your visa application with this “Letter of Invitation” attached. Then, you can proceed to the next step when the Embassy has confirmed and issued a medical visa for each visitor.

Send us an email with your tickets and expected arrival date, and we’ll arrange a pickup. Additionally, our coordinators will help you report to the police, register, and find lodging. They will also help you arrange flight tickets, bus tickets, and rental cars from the border.

Once there, the donor and patient will be taken immediately to the hospital for a pre-exam and fitness test. The patient will continue to be evaluated for another two to three days, and donor tests will be done on an outpatient basis.
